With the 89mm tube is not so many space compare the 76mm tube , I think we built a new Engine mount, for more space.

Hi,
so, after a few day some new parts are ready. The Intake manifold is welded. There are only some parts who have to find the right place on the surface, like the mounting for the fuel rail and temperature sensor.

And after chosen Megasquirt, then ViPec then Link we are now taking, and that´s for sure I hope, the MME ECU481 which is developed and built in Germany. The most powerful VW Golf VR6- and R32-Turbos are using this engine managment, so let´s see what´s happen.

Also the thermostat housing is done.











The third time builded Turbo to intercooler is done =)

so there are some changes to do for the new engine managment, like a twin airflow sensor, and a 18mm fuel flow line.

Last friday the postman delivered the MMe ECU 481 =)
Also from MMe comes the new fuelab pump, the Fuelab filter, Pressure sensor, 2 type-k sensor for Exhausgas and Compressed gas and MAP sensor. The sensors are from bosch.

The v2 of the fuel flow line mounts is done, because the old one´s lift the pipes to close to the underbody.

Yesterday I was attend by milling the rest of our Fuel flow line mount´s and those for another projekt. Perfekt work from Sebastian, thank´s for that and the pictures
