Hi,
Im From the UK and looking for some advice for a turbo setup as its not common in the UK so people are just starting to try things.
I know this isn't really a English speaking website so ill use a translator if its easier, id be grateful for any help or advice.
I was either looking at x2 Holset HX30's or a hx40/50 for a single setup, I don't want a lag monster tho it would be nice to still have lower response.
it seems like a big single turbo is more popular than two smaller turbos, what kind of power(whp) are people getting and using stock engine?
I will be using VEMS management and have 840cc (80lb) Deka injectors, I haven't bought a clutch or flywheel just yet.
any help would be appreciated
thanks

Re: M60B40 Twin or single Turbo?
Hi. I have a precision 6765 t4 twin, a/r 1,32 on an m60 4litre with 1000cc injectors.
Otherwise pretty much stock engine.
It makes 573 whp @0,9 bars
And its nowhere near hp rekord on a stock m60.
It have been working hard for over a year now and No sign of getting "worn out" (?)

Re: M60B40 Twin or single Turbo?
thanks for your reply!
nice power and reassures me that m60 can cope with power.
whats the power delivery like? when is full boost?
I've heard that 0.8 bar is the "safe" amount of boost to run on a m60 how true is this?
also what clutch and flywheel do you use to cope with power/torque
