e34 + m30b35 + chinese parts.

Hi
I've made this project for my friend.
It's 1990 535i
Engine:
stock block, crank, conrods. kolvar skimmed 2mm.
ported head, catcams turbo cam.
Headgasket has terrible story. First i bought MLS from VAC motorsport caled OTTOCO. It was piece of shit.
HG has too large holes for studs, that occurs with mixing oil & water. When I solve this problem with special cooper gaskets, it start to leak to combustion chamber on dyno.
Now it's installed Athena HG with fire rings and it work well.
Turbo is chinese gt35 with 0.63 ar and 75mm turbine wheel.
3'' exhaust with 2 mufflers.

Engine management is EMU.
With 0.8 bar of boost it make 428hp and 633 Nm. When everything will "run in" we will turn up boost to 1,5 bar.
Car is really nice to drive!
