Hello guys,

my name is Alex, 30 years old and i´m from germany.
I have a question about the GS6-53BZ transmission, and because you have some crazy projects i think that i´m right here.

My car is a Toyota Soarer with a 1JZ in it.
My next step is that i want to swap the stock auto transmission to a BMW M50/52 one.
I have already an adapter kit for M50/52 transmissions to JZ engine sitting here. (not the ABC clutch kit)

I want to ask if it is possible to run the GS6-BZ transmission to a M50/52 engine too?
Because this tranny is a beast and will hold some amount of torque!
The DZ ones don´t work from what i have read, because they are degreed about ~10°.

It would be great if someone can help me.

Has anyone done this swap yet and got some informations maybe?

I think there are different versions where some fit and some doesnt.

But you can use the DZ versions too, just have to mod the trans brace and shift linkage.

But the DZ version are 10° tilted, and i haven´t found anyone who has modden the shifter linkage yet.

I did it on a zf and lots of other people done it too, its easy! Cut and weld in the right angle.
