Hi, guys. have few question about tuning stock ecu of e60 m54b30 engine.

i have siemens ms45 by default with this engine, but i tried to find any information about tuning this ecu after some engine modifications...nothing.are there any ways to tuning this stock ecu online? if not, does exist any another one ecu which allows online tuning and keep e60 functionality?(everyday car)
