Hi!

My name is Pawel and I want to say hello to everybody!

I've watching this board for long, long time and now finaly I can post something that deserves for this forum.

My story with e36 starts in 2009 when I found for sale car that I always have in mind. E36 with m30 engine. I've travelled to krakow city with ultra low comfort bus by night (280km). I was there on first oclock at night and I saw a disaster. Poor e36 coupe with badly swaped and tuned m30 in it. Shit, shit and shit only can describe this car wanted to be thing that owner described so nicely by phone. I've take cold calculations and decide to take this piece ..... to home. Body was stright , it has LSD and new bilstein shocks and KW dampers. Also it haven't got sunroof. It's 96 328 coupe in original.

After buy and many years of seraching and colecting ponys came this setup:

-M102 rebored blockk mit b35 mahle kolvar.
chromed and thicker piston rings from local factory prima.
oil squiters from m106 block.
stock conrods and crank.
glycko mains and big ends.
twice piston clearance
oil pump with one teth less disc than oem
steel rings instead of gasket on chamber seal. it's not pyramids, it's like in russian tank ;) from it I copy this.
oil filter relocation kit

-Head is late 1,7 motronic. bored and ported like alpinas did. Own idea stem guides.
intake valves with 47mm, 3 angle valve seat job.
Catcams turbo kam. Oem rockers and shafts (ofc all new)

- turbo is hybrid. It's chinese body with generic garett t3 64mm shaft and hks t04 r compresor. Hot side .82 ar.
50mm BOV an WG.

-1000ccm spritare and aeromotiv style FPR.

-EMU stand alone ECU

-Intake manifold with ferraris like trumpets. Down pipe is 3,75" and rest od exhaust is 3" with 2 mufflers - 100%stainless.
Aluminium 3" intake pipes. 300x600x76mm IC.

Also engine is puted as back as it's possible. My gear knob link( right translation?) has 4 cm - it was only thing to keep me do not put it more back:) Also long shifter and wide rear arches o fit 11,5 inch tall rear wheels. Wheels are dynatech cm2. Front is waiting for it's winter time to size up.

AAN it's engine from audi. 5 cylinder 20v.

Last summer i made one with friend for 1996 S6. With only forged (chinesse) conrod, "repaired" oil system and build head we make more than 800hp with alcohol. Our mate from lithuania make 1100 hp with similar setup. (stock pistons, HG, studs , crank and valves)
This engine is very light, small and with little know how can make awesome power with incredible weigt to hp ratio.

e36 with m30 even it's putted as back as its possible don't handle that i want.

Small 5 cylinder should work well.
