z55 vs m7 cam for M30 engine

Hello Guys! i have tried searching forum for the answer to my question, but it wasnt successful even with google translator
i have a turbo m30b35 engine, with hx52, vems, e85 and i am planning to change the stock cam, because i do not like the thing that there is no power over 6000 rpm...
as i understand M7 cam for M30 is the best thing to chose today? what powerband can i expect with this cam? up to 7500 rpm?
where the powerband ends on the Z55 cam? why should i chose z55 instead of m7 cam, if the m7 is better?
i will also buy cast rockers, so i would be able to rev it to at least 7000rpm.
do i need to buy performance valve springs, if max revs will be 7000rpm? on m30b35 they are dual in stock..
thank you for the help
