Im coming to Sweden!!

Hey guys! I think I might be coming to Sweden at the end of the month June. I am going on a skateboarding trip to Europe and going to a lot of places. The trip ends toward the end of June. DC shoes told me i could go to Sweden after the trip by myself. Id like to meet you guys and check out your cars! Which part of Sweden should I go to?

think the best place to go is the southern part of sweden as we in the north are a bit fewer and further apart :wink:

What you should do, a while before you get here, is to check whether there is any streetrace events going on. Cause thats the best way of meeting some people and also see a lot of tuned cars as well.

Stockholm is where the majority of the streetracing takes part, if thats what you want to see...

If you are going to the south part of sweden you can always visit "Veidec Raceway" in Malmoe every wednesday at summertime.
Swedens best 201m strip.

I really Would like to go to PPF! I don't think I will do much skateboarding while in Sweden. I just want to enjoy the cars and party up withyou swedes!

search for västerås on google maps, or "vasteras"!

its pretty much in between Avesta, stockholm, norrköping, eskilstuna an many other "Mid-swedish" citys! :-)

i guess the scen is pretty cool with "meca dragway" down south, but i dont think it's as many cars that will interest you as here in mid sweden? I could be wrong though since i never been down to experiens it myself ! :-)

I belive you live in the westside of america? Im crusin down the eastside from michigan to florida next week :-)

I live on the East side of USA in Massachusetts. I stay on the west side in winters when it snows at home. Maybe I will fly into stockholm and try to make my way around sweden will the help of you guys. I can't wait to see the ripping cars!!

Welcome to Sweden! The best thing for you would be to visit the PPF Big Meet, you'll get to see the fastest, meanest turbo cars and party with mainly all of the guys busy on this forum. The only downside with visiting that event is the lack of women, but a couple of days in Stockholm will fill all your needs meeting classic Swedish beauties

cool! I think also as r.ivar said the stockholm vasterås area have a broud scene, or the PPF power meet is probably the best and in combo with Stockholm which is good for skäggbiff too.
Anyhow Sweden is pretty big place. It is about 550km from Stockholm to Gothenburg, Gothenburg Malmoe about 300km

Sweet! Well the skateboarding Tour ends in Copenhagen in the end of June. So I may take a boat across to Sweden! I really like Europe a lot. Ive been to many places but not to Sweden yet. Hopefully you guys can show me a good time! Drink some drink and go race!! Is the weather nice in June for you guys?

June usually have nice weather but it can aswell be rain.. But we don´t have any monsoon rain periods so if it´s rains it won´t take long for the sun to come out and dry up the tarmac again :lol:

The Swedish summer is at its best in June-August so no problem there.

The PPF Big Meet that johankihl talking about must be the best time for a visit if you like cold beer and insanely fast cars! :wink:
