have you done any measurements on exhaust manifold pressure with the 10 cm2 and 16 cm2 turbine housings?
I made pressure measurements with both housings, but measuring point is different so results are not compareable. With #10 housing I have pretty reliable results with 1,5bar boost. Exhaust manifold pressure was 2.3bar and 3" exhaust system pressure was 0,35bar. #10 housing killed the engine @ ~470-490hp. With #16 housing there is still more power to come and the best thing is that with #16 housing it spools up sooner (4000 vs. 4400rpm max).
Driveline is still almost 100% stock (clutch upgraded to 240mm sinter + -765 sachs race and front driveshaft has a 7mm spacer). People do keep telling me that it can't take more than 300hp/450nm... Well, to be honest.. I have so far broken 3 front diffs and one front cv joint. Gearbox, transfercase etc seem to take the beating pretty well...
Engine is built with m50 internals, o-ringed block, z45turbo cam, megasquirt.. nothing special there.
