M10 turbo - 1602?

Hi, since I'm guessing not everyone understand norwegian, I think its best that i just write in english.
I'm building a 71' 1602, and ive been wondering about engine for a long time, my first choice was ofcourse, S14B23, with abit of goodies, for example a turbo. but i found out that was just to expensive for a 15 year old.
Well, I can kind of pick, either way, Im gonna build a 2.2 M10 turbo, or an orginial S14.
But after a while, i came up with the thought of putting a S50B32, but then there would be a issue with registration and stuff again, unfortnatly.
So, with that - 6cylinders are not a question, even though a M20B25 turbo would be awsome, but.. you cant always get what you want, so..
I already have the M10 engine, and its prepped for machining, if i decide not to use it, its going into a Touring, so its not a problem, even if i change my mind after machining. But, if i would use the same amount of money, that a S14 cost, on turbo charging the M10, what kind of horsepower would i be looking at?
I have been drooling over ALOT of PPF's turbo stuff, and im really tempted to turbo charge a M10, but things cost money..
And, since i have no idea what to do with the undercarrage, should i maby but a E34 M5 rear axle on? Its not gonna be a to big of a issue to get coilovers for the front, since their combined, but the rear, i have no idea what fits.
Any sugestions?
