ok. much thanks!

my problem is.. i drove with my engine round about 500km.. after then ive got exhaust gas in the cooling whater circulation. i took an new headgasket.. torqued the ARP bolts with 120NM.. so i drove about 800km.. and ive got again exhaust gas in my whater circulation. so the exhaust gas press out the cooling whater and my engine will running to hot.. so i cant understand this.. my cylinder head and engine block ist new grindet :(

What kind of managment are you runnning? Is the engine properly tuned?

The S38 gasket has never caused us any problems. We have dynotested a car to 1000+ hp.

yes. weve grindet head and block new!

i drove the last 1300km with just 0,6 bar pressure.. but next week, the engine will dynoed.

if i got the last time problems with the wather/exhaust gas, the ARP bolts between 4th and 5th cylinder was loose.. i retoqued it.. cause i needet an half rotation for 120NM torque.. :(

Is your engine correctly tuned?

If the bolts are not tightened the right way you can't expect the gasket to seal as it should.
