_Kalle_ wrote:yes, if youre goal is about 200hp it does work perfectly with original ecu. If you want a pressure abowe 0.8bar (more effect  ) I would recommend you to lowering the compression and buy an autronic or something similar. If you do that, you can easliy run safe with 350-400hp.

It´s the airflowmeter from 535 e34 you shall use to fit the electric from m20b25.

Have a nice day.

Actually, my dream is to defeat e30 with japanese engine..!!! So, i have to set my goal around 200hp to 220hp..!!! That's mean i have to replace the original engine management if i want to boost more from this engine..!!! :D

Is it 530i and 535i using the same diameter of AFM...? From which BMW model i can get bigger injector...?

Thanks.

okey!

Check this car : http://www.pure-pf.com/phpBB2/viewtopic ... ight=#4865

it has those things who xelerator mentioned with 340cc injectors, I think. With a boost of 0.8. I think there is a movie or two in the thread too.

Bmw m5 has 380cc injectors.
Don´t do like everybody else where you live ;) Build on the bmw motor instead :)
You have a lot info on this site and if there´s something you wanna know later it´s just to ask.

the clutch can handle up to 300hk if its real fresh and healty.. but it`ll only hold for a while..

with 250hk it`ll hold without trouble..

but when your around 300hk u have to make internal mods to prevent engine failure, also you have to get a bigger fuelpump and the clutch aswell etc..

so "around" 250 hk is a retty good point to stay at if you want it to be cheap..

when you upgrade you can get a sach 618 clutch with org clutchplate, its bolton and holds for about 500Nm, or you could get a sinterplate for the 618 clutch, then it`ll hold for about 700 Nm.. also bolton..
Off course you can get other clutches aswell, like a tilton raceclutch, but then you have to make mods ..

BTW, just so you know, because it works for some to turbocharge their engine and drive it daily, doesnt mean it´ll work for others.. for e.g., if your engine isn´t healty, you could blow it at 250hp which usually is safe..
so check your engine first..

People usually make a total renovation of the engine when 300hp and over is a goal.. but the best thing to do is to make it regardless of the hp goal

yupp.. no problem runnin the N/a engine with the 618 clutch or the tilton clutch..

it´ll only get a bit harder to press the pedal down ..

I think the partnr for the sachs 618 clutch is 883082999618.. but check it out with PPF to be sure.. they sell it, you can probably buy it from them aswell ..

I don´t think it´s nessesary to buy a tiltonclutch if you not are going to have more than 700hp in your engine ;) it´s enough with the a 618 clutch for your purpose like xelerator said.

Try with originalclutch first and change if it begins to kill itself
