I know another guy in norway who has been using these engines for many years now, and I think he knows all the limits of the m70 engine. His current engine made a 1200whp pull in a Dynapack. That was the limit of the Dynapack. They cranked up the boost even more after that.. :) he has a Garrett gt47 turbo and all headerpipes, wastegate pipes and exhaust is extremely tight packed everywhere.. That engine has been running for years.. So if his engine can handle it, I think mine will be fine too.. :) I'm only aiming at 700hp, which means only 350hp each side.. Don't think the temperatures will be too extreme. :)

But thanx anyway, always nice with some input. :)

If you halt the engine then switches on an electric water pump may be good then.
When the engine ceases the exhaust stump ,( in cylinder head water space air intake side,in addition )heats the cylinder head. Here because due to the water space inside the motor position is the highest point. The water boils over in the cylinder head, and the bubbles go up onto the ceiling the sucker on a side.
These bubbles assemble then with some occasions then this is repeated.
So many bubbles assemble after a time that he does not insure refrigeration in a patch the two for valve heads, and they crack.
Heating tap opened always, continuous water a flow is needed while he does not cool down.
I am listening then what will happen.

Har gått hen å blitt Judas og gjort det som ingen trodde kom til å skje.... Jeg har kjøpt meg AUDI(!!) til brukis...
Til mitt forsvar så er det en S4 som er bra oppskremt, og den har såklart manuell og quattro.. Ville ha med en brukis med 4wd og bra med gamper, så da blei igrunn dette nærmeste alternativ....


Nybygd motor, kjørt ca 100mil etter bygging.

Motoren yter rundtom 500hk slik den er nå, men den er ikke helt ferdigmappa.
Skal porte wastegate og bytte mapsensor og gjøre diverse anna dilldall, så får vi håpe at den gir rundt 600 når den er ferdig..
Bør bli en bra brukis syns jeg... :)

Den blev såld tyvärr. En polare köpte den, står en m62 i den nu. Ska användas i Juniordrifting och på Gatebil :)
