What has happened to it?
I overhauled an engine where the crankshaft had broken in two pieces and I bought a new one at BMW. It wasn't too expensive, 9000 SEK with new bearings

The same thing happend , it split right at the main bearing at 4th cyl (I think)
That is something I am going to check to get it new. I am helping out a friend back home in Iceland. The dealership there wants around 20.000 sek for it.
