I dont think the bolt should be over tightend though I always use a new key and torque it down with the right specs and never had a broken key.Nick Dompierre wrote:Yes! They did not hit the pistons. Its going well, the engine will be in the car soon and then its time to work out intake and exhaust manifold. Pretty sure that PPF will be a part of that

Heres a little updated. The 2.8L engine its being assembled. Just ordered need Spiro Locks for the pistons. The Crankshaft and support girdle is in place. Once the spiro locks come in the rods and pistons will go in! The head is welded and planed. I will inform you guys once the build process goes further.
