Tack:D
här är bilder som jag gjort idag:
mera i gamla länk.
Jag tillverkat remhjuler avslut och halvfabrikat kompressor fäste + mera lilla jobbet
Sommaren kommer för snart och jag måste ha min bil ut från garaget..

Today I got all fasteners to alternator, powersteering etc. done. Trying to get the car on the road soon. Maybe with out the pressure pipes for few weeks. So it was a good day..even test started the motor to check starter because it has some new mods...trigger is nicely in it´s place and next week I should be able to bolt on the modified intake plenum (not bolt on !) . Slowly getting there
PS: too tired to get the swedish dictionary out :/

core size is 300x450x76 + end tanks and 3" pressure pipes. It´s about the max size that can be fitted quite easily without new bumber and extensive modifications. Any thicker than this and would have real problems with stock bumber an so on.
Alltought this could be bigger too, but I chose this size because of the easy fit. If this would be custom size and little bit higher(say 400 vs 300) it would be nearly perfect!
If I sometimes have money for autorotor blower I might update it to bigger one but then it would need seidl etc. bumber too.

Thanks, hope I can get it somewhat finished on time for kalajoki party . Shoud be driveable in month or so. Then have to get it dynoed and start fixing the little things+polishing and so on. Now the highest priority is just to get everything together and working.

Yep, boost should be about 1.0-1.2 bars...It´s been build so that supercharger is maxed out...the supercharger has been ported. It should be able to deliver that boost still quite efficient with little help from the intercooler .
I´m trying to aim for +300hp power figures and +400Nm.
Those should be about the max power/torque numbers you can take with ported eaton m90 blower in this motor.
I´m happy if it makes over 300hp...everything after that is a positive suprise and the theoretical max power is 350hp but for that you need whole lot of luck and everything has to be spot on.
After about 1.1bars the efficiency of the eaton blower goes down quite dramatically.
Autorotor would be best option for figures over 300hp but for now I have to settle what I can afford and do my best with it.
Here is some good reading where they test differend types of blowers:

Turbocharging is nice, but I´d rather be ALSO blown!
Boost pipes may be ready next week and intake plenum I did today. Under the hood department starts looking pretty mean mad max style shit....no bling bling for now but just the real stuff
Some work done also for the bypass valve fitting and raw material was cut for the blower outlet part. Should be ready soon and have to start the work with throttle body fitment to the blower intake.
Too bad the tig pistol I can use is rather big for this kind of job..(I know it´s an excuse for bad welder heh..and last time I used tig was year ago)..exuse but have to settle for less bling on the welds then...
I also got all the rest parts for transferring the battery to trunk yesturday. power cables to the alternator and a focal wire block in the old battery location to get all the power cables inside the hood together . Well that´s bling bling ...
